Landscape Bonuses[править]

On some servers, units have special bonuses to attack and defense, depending on the terrain on which the army is standing.

Value of bonuses[править]

The attack and defense bonus rates:

  • Very good - 2.5
  • Good - 1.65
  • Bad - 0.7
  • Very poor - 0.3

This means that he will attack 2.5 (the coefficient is “very good”) times stronger than all types of units if the army is standing on the grass. Also lancer is good at defending, standing on the same type of terrain. This means that the life of a unit is increased by 1.65 times, if it stands on the grass.

Bonuses \ landscape debonuses do not affect the speed of units! Slow down units only forests, mountains and water.

Based on this, you can compare the units and conclude:

  • Almost all arrows are good in the forest and in the mountains, as well as on fortifications - watchtower, wall and gate.
  • Riders are good on a flat surface - on grass or sand.
  • All infantrymen are very different - almost every foot warrior has unique bonuses.
  • Siege weapons easier to shoot from high mountains.
  • In ships, the attack of guns is preserved only if the ship is in the water.

Tip 1: Take the battle to the landscape where your soldiers have bonuses to get the maximum attack.

Tip 2: Take the fight to the terrain where the enemy has debonuses. For example, the enemy has many riders, and you have mostly infantry and arrows. It would be better to go into the forest - horse soldiers are inconvenient to fight in the forest.
